The comfortable holiday home has an excellent location, 70 m from the beach, in the center of the resort. The house has a fenced area for private use, with parking for 3 cars and a well-kept garden. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops around. The beautifully furnished holiday home has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious and elegant living room with TV and a set of lounge furniture. From the living room there is an exit to the covered terrace and further to the well-kept garden with a pond. On the ground floor there is also a dining room with a large table and a very well-equipped kitchen. There is an additional, smaller table in the kitchen. There is also a 3-person sauna, shower and toilet on this floor. Air conditioning on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony and TV) and a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine). The steep stairs lead to the attic, where there is another atmospheric bedroom with a seating area with a sofa and TV. WiFi internet and barbecue facilities are available. There is secure parking (paid extra) within the fenced property. 4 bicycles can be rented for an additional fee. The owner of the property lives on the neighboring property. There is a small playground next to his house, which can also be used by guests. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption (with a limit of 20 kWh/day), heating, air conditioning, internet, baby cot and high chair. Ustronie Morskie is located 10 km from Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular holiday resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active people, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and cycling trips, horse riding and scenic flights.
