The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat on the second level with a king bed and desk area and primary bathroom, accompanied by two guest bedrooms featuring a queen bed and 2 twin beds on the main living level. Outside, the private pool area is the heart of the home, offering a serene environment for outdoor dining with the provided grill or afternoon lounging by the water. The garage is a one car door but can fit 2 inside. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave to simplify meal preparation. Guests have access to the entire property and pool, as well as deeded beach access.

This home is located in the Sea Oats neighborhood, which is located just off of West Gulf Drive and across from the beach.



Getting Around:

We recommend a rental car, golf cart or bikes to get around



Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

Guests must complete a rental agreement after booking

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:
