This bright, 53 m² "Meer" vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level with a beautiful south-facing balcony and sleeps 4 people. It’s just a 200-meter walk to the beach!

The apartment is accessible via a few steps and consists of a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has underfloor heating.

A parking space is reserved for you. There is a communal bike rack behind the house.


Complex:

The “AUSZEIT” house in Kellenhusen has four vacation apartments and is located about 200 m away, roughly halfway between the beach and the forest on a residential street.

Supermarkets and restaurants are located both at the town entrance and near the promenade and are within walking distance.

The beach offers a wide variety of sports and recreational activities, ensuring that children will remember their stay for a long time and want to come back again and again.

The balconies and terraces at “Auszeit” face south, so they enjoy sun all day long. The barbecue area with a lawn for sunbathing, located to the west of the buildings, offers the opportunity to barbecue and relax in the sunshine even in the evening hours.

Please note that all apartments in the complex are accessible via a staircase with 6 steps. All apartments at “Auszeit” have shower pans.

We provide one parking space per apartment, located directly in front of AUSZEIT.

In the area behind the houses, which is not visible from the street, we have set up two large bike racks and a rotary clothesline.
