Enjoy your stay in our vacation rental, which spans over 100 m², located in the rural outskirts of Erfurt—Alach. Thanks to the many rooms and sleeping accommodations, you can explore Erfurt and the surrounding area with the whole family. Barrier-free access to the apartment is also available via the terrace.

There is a parking space right outside the front door, available for your free use. A staircase leads you to the apartment, which is located on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside.

Right in the hallway, you can use the coat rack and shoe rack to store your outdoor clothing.

Payment is due in cash upon arrival or can be made in advance via bank transfer; please contact the landlord directly for this.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Erfurt charges a 5% lodging tax on the nightly rate (excluding breakfast). This applies to all guests, including those staying for strictly business purposes. The lodging tax is charged separately and is not included in the listed prices.



Glockenbaum Vacation Rental:

There are a total of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests. One of them is equipped with a double bed, a very spacious closet, and external roller shades. The second bedroom has a large single bed and a two-door closet. The third bedroom is accessible only through Bedroom 2 and contains two single beds. Both rooms have interior blinds for blackout.

The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a window, a shower, and a bathtub.

You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a pull-out dining table. Part of this area can also be darkened using an exterior roller shade.

From the living room, you have direct access to the garden and the patio (where smoking is permitted), which can be protected from direct sunlight with a sun awning. Of course, the outdoor areas are at your disposal. A table and seating are provided on the patio.

The living room itself features 2 couches, 2 armchairs, and a smart TV with free access to streaming services, as well as the option to darken the room using exterior roller shades.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.

If you’ve planned a bike tour, you’re welcome to bring your bikes and store them in a storage room. A charging station for e-bikes is available for an additional fee.
