Idyllic vacation apartment in the middle of nature, swimming pond, sauna, bird tours

This cozy, bright vacation rental in Liepe, located in the “Alte Brennerei” building, was lovingly renovated in 2013. It offers a magnificent view of the natural surroundings and the Liepe Estate Park and is ideal for individuals or couples—who are welcome to bring their dog—seeking the peace and beauty of nature. The small apartment is located in an old house in the heart of the Liepe Estate Park; within its 40 square meters, you’ll find everything you need. The living/bedroom (with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed) and the small kitchen feature beautiful natural wood flooring, while the bathroom is modern and equipped with a bathtub.

Downstairs in the house, there’s a restaurant with a terrace under chestnut trees—complete with a stork’s nest. In the park, you’ll find a children’s playground, an idyllic, crystal-clear natural swimming pond, a large sauna for private use, a Balinese temple, and an animal enclosure with horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, and a pig.

In the summer, you can swim in the natural swimming pond near the house, explore the area by bike, swim in the surrounding lakes in Ferchesar or Lochow, or simply relax under the chestnut trees in the beer garden of the Alte Brennerei. In the spring and fall, you can watch great bustards, migratory birds, and cranes in the fields and enjoy the sauna in the evenings. We’re also happy to offer bird-watching tours by arrangement. The health and wellness offerings—which can be booked at the affiliated Liepe Metatron Health Center—are particularly soothing: meditation, Shiatsu, yoga, Feldenkrais, massages, foot reflexology, and much more.

If you don’t feel like cooking, the Alte Brennerei restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, serving, among other things, authentic Italian pizza, game specialties, and homemade cakes.
