One-room apartment (41 sqm) on the first floor with a private terrace, heated floors, a wardrobe with a safe, a king-size bed, and a 4K smart TV. Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchenette with a filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave with baking function, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kitchenware, and a solid-wood seating area. Allergy sufferers may experience irritation due to the natural hayflower headboard behind the bed. Drink refrigerator, snack box, and reading corner on the upper floor. Daily room cleaning is available. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. The access code will be provided in advance via email. Pets are allowed upon request for 25 EUR per pet per day. A crib or toddler bed can be provided upon request for 25 EUR per stay per child. The visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. Breakfast and dinner are available upon request. Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning. Payment is due on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
