Vacation home for up to 5 people with pool

The bungalow has two bedrooms. The first bedroom can accommodate up to three people with a bunk bed and a single bed; the second bedroom has a double bed. Clothes and vacation luggage can be easily stored in a separate room. On cool evenings during the early or late season, a fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth. The bathroom is equipped with a modern glass shower enclosure and is located in the center of the bungalow. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and egg cooker. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available daily at the kiosk by the resort’s pool if ordered in advance. A large terrace offers space for dining and for children to play. The bungalow can be opened wide on both sides via large sliding doors. The living area features a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. A private Wi-Fi network is available free of charge. A parking space is located below the bungalow. The bungalow is situated in a quiet area with no through traffic in the upper part of the “Villagio di Sunclass” complex, offering views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Villagio di Sunclass is part of the health resort of Tignale. Situated on a plateau on the western side of Lake Garda, the area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, and relaxing. A shuttle bus—free with the Tignale Card—runs daily between Tignale and the Lake Garda beach as well as the nearby town of Gargnano. The main town of Gardano, with its shopping, restaurants, and cultural events, is about 2 kilometers away. A German-speaking administration handles all guest needs. There is also a large pool here, which is open free of charge to bungalow guests from mid-May through mid-September. In addition to a large swimming pool, there is an adjoining shallow children’s pool with a slide. Next to the pool is a children’s playground and a lawn for ball games; two table tennis tables, a foosball table, and an outdoor chess set round out the recreational offerings. A kiosk provides refreshments. A deposit of 50 percent of the total cost is due 6 weeks before arrival; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Payment is made via bank transfer in advance upon receipt of the invoice. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. The pool may be used earlier on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. (Guests will receive a separate information sheet after booking regarding check-in, check-out, reception services, etc.) Depending on your arrival time, keys will be handed over in person; for arrivals later than 6:00 PM, keys will be available via a key safe. Pets are allowed upon request (10 euros per night, charged separately). Food options: Bread rolls can be pre-ordered from the kiosk by the pool. A visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person (ages 14 and up) per night will be charged separately. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. In the administration building, just 300 meters away, two coin-operated washing machines and a dryer are available 24 hours a day. Use of the pool on the property from mid-May through mid-September is included. You can pick up the Tignale Card at the administration office.
