Vacation Rental 17 in Building 2 of the Weiße Villen is a 4-room vacation rental on the 1st floor that accommodates up to 6 people (4 adults + 2 children).

Your approximately 87 m² vacation rental is lovingly and modernly furnished. You’ll find a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathrooms are tiled. The beach is approximately 200 meters away.

The living room is perfect for relaxing. Large windows create a spacious living atmosphere. The living room features a cozy corner sofa, a recliner, and, of course, a flat-screen TV with Magenta TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces west. There’s also a radio with a Bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, has everything you could want. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided. This includes a stove with a 4-burner induction cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.

Your first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Storing your clothes is no problem, as the bedroom has a spacious closet. This bedroom also has a second TV.

The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. The third bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 90 x 200 cm).

The stylish bathrooms feature modern tiling and are both equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. A washing machine is available for your use.

Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment ensures a pleasant, cozy warmth. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. One free outdoor parking space (No. 17) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

As a service, you’ll find two beds already made in the bedroom for two people at the Weiße Villen.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Additional bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The cozy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room vacation apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
