Welcome to the Reet [&] Meer N°2 vacation home in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. This spacious semi-detached home spans three floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area and an inviting seating area. Here, you can prepare and enjoy meals together. A flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove provide additional comfort and a cozy atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a lovely way to enjoy the fresh air outdoors. The first floor also features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a Finnish sauna where you can relax wonderfully. A washer-dryer is also available for your use. On the first floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a built-in closet, and a flat-screen TV in two of the three rooms. Here, you can retreat and enjoy restful nights. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Two of the bedrooms open onto a balcony with sun loungers, from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding area. In the attic, there is another bedroom (currently without blackout curtains) featuring a double box-spring bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dresser. You’ll also find a small bathroom with a sink and toilet here. The attic thus offers additional space for your guests. A carport with two parking spaces (including an electric charging station—for a fee) is available for your vehicles, so you can arrive and depart with ease. Access to the property remains available. Occasional noise may occur, as is typical around construction sites. Starting at the “ 01.11.2026,” Triftstraße is completely closed to car traffic from the Dünenweg intersection due to road construction. During this time, an alternate parking lot at Dünenweg/Triftstraße (with a parking permit) is available. As of 27.08.2026 ***
