Welcome to our stylishly furnished 3.5-room vacation/temporary housing apartment (without cooking facilities) in Philippsburg, not far from Hockenheim, Karlsruhe, Speyer, Mannheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Alsace. The apartment is located on the first floor of our building and offers approximately 53 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The Accommodation
Two separate bedrooms are available for restful nights.
The first bedroom is furnished with a spacious and comfortable box-spring bed. In the second bedroom, you’ll find comfortable single beds—ideal for families, friends, or colleagues who are traveling together but still prefer separate sleeping arrangements.
The cozy living area with a kitchenette is perfect for enjoying breakfast, cooking, and spending time together. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The modern bathroom with a soaking tub adds to your comfort.
Thanks to the air conditioning, the apartment stays comfortably cool even on warm days.

Garden & Picnic
A special highlight is access to the spacious, fenced-in garden.
Here you can spend relaxing hours surrounded by greenery, let the kids play, or enjoy a cozy picnic.
