There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Access to Windsor Cay Resort:
All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school ID, etc).
No stays over 120 nights allowed per HOA
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 2 cars for townhomes (including visitors)
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
