It is situated in a very quiet area near a forest. Not far from the house are the flint fields—unique in Europe—and the Sassnitz-Mukran ferry terminal, with ferry connections to Sweden and Denmark.

There are numerous shopping options and restaurants in the port city of Sassnitz, located about 3 km away, featuring an impressive beach and harbor promenade with a pier and a historic old town. However, your breakfast bakery is right on your doorstep—the Peters Bakery, with its cozy café and large sun terrace overlooking the ferry terminal, is just a 5-minute morning stroll away.
