The "Darling Duplex North" is a two story, two bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates six guests maximum. The two spacious bedrooms are both located on the second floor so guests will need to be able to walk up and down stairs. There are two queen beds in the front bedroom and one queen bed in the back bedroom. There is one half bathroom located on the first floor and one full bathroom located on the second floor.

The first floor living area has a sectional sofa and a smart tv. The dining area has a large table that seats eight guests. The kitchen has all major appliances and cooking utensils needed to prepare home cooked meals. The north apartment also has a washer and dryer in the basement in case you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. All bed and bath linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs.

The large fenced in back yard has a beautiful covered deck with comfortable seating and romantic party lights. Also in the back yard is a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a large patio with dining table and chairs and a gas grille.

Please note that there are two apartments in the duplex. The front porch, front yard, fenced in back yard with covered back deck, and side driveway are all shared spaces between the two apartments.

This property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we will only rent to mature, responsible and respectful guests. The quiet time is at 10:00PM. Please keep this in mind when considering renting this apartment as we do not want to disturb our neighbors.
