■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
• Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
• For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

· Is Punta Gaviota within walking distance of the beach? Yes. Playa Arrocito is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill from the community. This sheltered public beach is known for its calm, swimmable waters and relaxed atmosphere.

· Does Punta Gaviota have an elevator? No. The community is built into the hillside and all buildings are accessed by outdoor stairways. There is no elevator, although a ramp provides access to the pool deck.

· Is there a private beach or beach club? No. Punta Gaviota provides walking access to public Playa Arrocito. Beach clubs in Chahué and Tangolunda are just a short 5-minute taxi ride away.

· Is Punta Gaviota suitable for families? Yes. Its spacious residences, multiple shared pools, quiet atmosphere, and proximity to calm Playa Arrocito make it a popular choice for families, couples, and longer stays.

· Can I walk to restaurants and grocery stores? You can walk to Playa Arrocito and its beachfront restaurant, but most restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are a 5 to 10-minute drive or taxi ride away.
