Ideal for parents with two or three children. The children’s beds (90x200 and 140x200) are located in the room connecting to the master bedroom.

Private barbecue area available; a kettle grill and beer benches can be provided.



The house is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the so-called Schöntal, nestled within the grounds of a Wilhelminian-style industrialist’s villa. It was important to me to preserve the old charm and style of this historic, protected building. That’s why I lovingly and carefully restored the doors and staircases, for example. Nevertheless, the bathrooms and kitchens are state-of-the-art.

The materials used include original pine and oak wood, red Palatinate sandstone, and lime plaster—just as they used to do in the old days. I prefer to use historic building materials to do my part for sustainability.
