Villa Novel is located in the village of Barat, which is only 3 km from the town of Višnjan. Villa Novel was renovated in 2022 in a rustic construction style, it offers guests 165 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 750 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 9, and optimally 8 people. Guests will have the ground floor and the upper floor at their disposal.



On the ground floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms with double beds, and there are also two bathrooms with bathtubs. The rustic and equipped kitchen will delight you with its appearance, and you will happily prepare meals for the whole family in it. Next to the kitchen are the dining room and the living room, which include a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a romantic fireplace.



On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with a shower cabin. From the same floor, Villa Novel has a view of the Adriatic Sea.



On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.8 metres. Next to it, you will sunbathe on 9 sunbeds, reading your favourite book or simply enjoying the sun. On the terrace, there is also a covered outdoor dining table, an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and outdoor seating.



Additional facilities that will be useful to you during your stay are a washing machine, and a dryer, and the villa also has a separate toilet. If children are coming with you on holiday, a feeder and a cot are available.



The courtyard of the villa is fenced, so children will be able to play carefree in the beautifully landscaped garden. There are 3 private parking spaces at your disposal, while there is two more outside.



Višnjan is one of the beautiful Istrian towns with a special charm and is famous for its observatory, which you can visit. Tourist centres - Poreč and Novigrad are about 20 km away, and nearby there are numerous excellent wineries and restaurants for the most demanding gourmets who can enjoy specialties with truffles and other Istrian delicacies.
