The apartment is located in the quiet village of San Giorgio, 8 km from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Italian Riviera Varigotti, and the town of Finale Ligure, also known as the capital of outdoor activities (climbing, mountain biking, water sports, etc.). 300 meters from the apartment there is a sports field, children's playground and barbecue area. The apartment has an area of 125 square meters and is located on the second floor of a house from the year 1900. The apartment has been partially renovated, but is otherwise kept in the Italian retro design of the 70s. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, three balconies and a basement with the possibility of storing bicycles and other sports equipment. There are enough free parking spaces around the house. Next to the house there is a bus stop with an hourly connection to the seaside town of Spotorno, eliminating the hassle of parking on the beach, especially in the summer months.
