The nearest beach access is just 550 m away. Shops, restaurants, a bakery, and the weekly market are all within easy walking distance. <br><br>Amenities<br>Completely renovated in 2023, this ground-floor apartment measures 60 square meters and is suitable for up to 2 adults and 3 children. You’ll enter a tastefully furnished living-dining area with a sofa nook and a large flat-screen TV. <br>At the dining table, you can plan your day together over breakfast with fresh rolls from one of the nearby bakeries. <br><br>The separate kitchen features an extensive array of appliances.<br><br>In the evening, you can relax in the separate bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm, connecting to the children’s room) and a closet. From here, you can access the children’s room, which features a bunk bed with three sleeping levels.<br>The modernized and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. It also features a heated towel rack and a washing machine. <br>Depending on the time of day and season, you can enjoy either the sheltered west-facing or east-facing terrace. The east side offers a cozy seating area, while the west side features a beach chair. The west terrace is shared with the “Kleiner Sandloper” vacation rental. <br><br>Special Features<br>Up to two pets are welcome in our non-smoking apartment. We’re happy to provide our guests with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). A specially marked parking space is available for your car right next to the apartment. <br><br>A starter set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.<br>Additional linen packages can be added via the optional services.
