Here you’ll find a complex of two houses in a beautiful, peaceful forest setting just a short distance (approx. 150 meters) from the lake. Perfect for families and children

The older house, which has been completely renovated and modernized, measures just under 50 square meters and features an attractive living-dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a small bedroom with a bunk bed.

The second house, measuring approximately 30 square meters, is newly built and features a sleeping area with a double bed, a cozy sofa corner with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The corner sofa can also be converted into a comfortable bed (140) if needed.

Both houses are generously connected by and surrounded by wooden decks. Here you’ll find various seating and lounging areas, along with a spa pool heated by a wood-burning stove.

The main house features a fireplace that quickly spreads cozy warmth when needed. The houses are very comfortable and furnished with new furniture. Amenities also include a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo. The existing house has a 55-inch TV that provides access to German channels via the internet. The accompanying mobile router also enables an internet connection for cell phones and computers.

Both houses each feature a new, state-of-the-art incinerating toilet that is both environmentally friendly and hygienically sound.

A short walk to the lake leads to a beautiful swimming dock and beach, which is also well-suited for small children. Our boat (4.7 m, accommodating about 5 people), which comes with a motor, is moored at the adjacent boat dock.

The lake is excellent for fishing (including perch, pike, and walleye). You can purchase a fishing license online in German at ifiske.se /Lursjön.

The surrounding area is exceptionally idyllic, with wonderful hiking trails through the forest, which consists largely of deciduous trees. The area is also ideal for cycling.

Shopping options are available in Hästveda, about 5 km away, or in Hässleholm (if you’re looking for a wider selection).
