The Seebär vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few steps from the Greetsiel Twin Mills. Come on in! It was partially renovated in 2025. From the hallway, you’ll step right into the cozy living room, where a fireplace invites you to enjoy cozy evenings on the couch. The modern chairs with footstools offer you a quiet spot to read or enjoy a cup of tea.

The hallway also leads to the fully equipped kitchen—a place where any home cook will feel right at home. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the large table in the adjoining dining room with family or friends. This cozy space is also perfect for social get-togethers. From here, you can step out onto a second terrace and into the large, fenced-in garden.

The first floor also features a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional guest restroom.

The stairs lead to the upper floor, which features three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two others, each with two single beds. The entire house has been lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The two terraces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh North Sea air. A parking space and a carport are located directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Please note: A surcharge applies for occupancy by more than four people.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’d be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
