The chalet is situated on the sunny side of Engelberg, slightly elevated, and is accessible via 40 steps. The view over the village, the mountains, and the valley is one-of-a-kind. The chalet retains its romantic, traditional exterior while the interior has been completely renovated. It offers plenty of comfort, bright rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain shower, a sunny terrace with a grill, a ski boot dryer, and a washer and dryer in the basement. Cars must be parked in a public parking lot. In winter, the bus stops right below the house.<br><br>The living area has been renovated with great attention to detail. The living space is on a single floor. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (including fondue and raclette sets). There are board games that guests are welcome to use. The chalet is very bright, and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the village and the mountains across the valley.<br><br>The two single bedrooms are connected by a door, meaning you must pass through the front bedroom to reach the back bedroom. <br><br>Additional important information:<br>The house does not have its own parking space. A public parking lot is located 500 meters away in the village. You can only reach the chalet via an outdoor staircase with 40 steps. Therefore, the house is unfortunately not recommended for people with limited mobility. Parents with children under two years of age should carefully consider whether they can manage the stairs with a stroller. For everyone else, the walk is no problem. The fantastic view makes the 40 steps well worth it.
