The apartment is laid out as follows:

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with TVs and balconies, a
kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc., and a
corner sofa set, a bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a separate
shower, the living room with a balcony, a large dining table for everyone, a sofa
for watching TV, and a loft above for reading and relaxing,
as well as a separate guest restroom, also on the first floor.
On the second floor—accessible via the loft or a staircase—there are three bedrooms—all with TVs—all with private bathrooms—
, one with a balcony and a bathroom featuring a steam shower.

Parking spaces in front of the house, a hiking/ski boot dryer in the basement for 10 pairs
each, a bike/ski shed in front of the house.....

The local bus is also free for our guests and stops right
in front of our door. This means you can take the bus either to the Ehrwalder Alm or
to the Zugspitzbahn.
A bus in every direction—to Lermoos or other destinations—departs about 100 m
from the house.
