The Space:

This stylish loft apartment features a spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a 55-inch UHD Smart TV.

The open-plan bedroom is furnished with a designer queen-size bed by MOEBE. In the living area, a comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress (140 cm wide) provides a restful night’s sleep. A true highlight is the infrared sauna for two people, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes a comfortable stay.



At the inviting mango wood dining table by DE EEKHORN, up to 8 people can be seated (in case both lofts are booked). On the terrace overlooking a quiet residential street, you can end the day beautifully in the evening sun.



Guest Access:

The loft is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building. Through the unlocked front door, you enter a small hallway, where the entrance to the loft is on the right-hand side.

You can collect the key from a key box. Instructions for check-in and the required code will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in the heart of the highly sought-after Peterswerder district. Historic Art Nouveau buildings shape the streetscape, while a wide range of restaurants and the nearby Pauliner Marsch recreational area offer a high quality of living.

Public transport is just around the corner, providing quick access to the city center. The River Weser is only a few hundred meters away, as is Weserstadion.



Getting Around:

The loft apartment is located in a corner building. Free parking is available in the surrounding streets.



On match days of Werder Bremen, the area around Weserstadion is restricted to residents only from 2.5 hours before kick-off, and parking becomes very limited. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know the match schedule!

A tram stop is just around the corner, as well as a bakery and various restaurants and pubs. A supermarket is also within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

You can park for free in the surrounding streets.

PLEASE NOTE: On match days of Werder Bremen, the area around Weserstadion is widely closed off starting 2.5 hours before kick-off. You can still leave the area, but you will only be able to return to your accommodation shortly after the match has ended.

We do not live on the property, but we are always available for any questions and can be on-site within approximately 30–60 minutes in case of urgent matters.
