Interior and exterior doors, locks,
Walls, ceilings, paint, trim, wallpaper, and fixtures
Flooring, rugs, tile, laminate, and grout
Bathrooms, showers, bathtubs, toilets, vanities, plumbing fixtures, and drains
Air conditioning, heating systems, ceiling fan, and thermostats
Lighting fixtures and electrical outlets
Outdoor fence and parking lot.
Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, security devices, and safety equipment

The guest agrees to pay the full cost necessary to repair, restore, replace, or purchase a brand-new replacement item when repair is not possible or practical. Replacement costs will be based on the current market value of an equivalent or new item, including labor, installation, delivery, disposal, service fees, and any loss of rental income resulting from the damage.

Any damage must be reported immediately. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges and legal action to recover the costs associated with repairs, replacements, or restoration of the property.
