We offer a vacation apartment on the first floor of our non-smoking family home (shared entrance), a parking space on the property, and a lockable basement storage room for sports equipment such as bicycles. The Au River is perfect for canoeing, and the property offers access with a launch site. Bookings are available for stays of three nights or more; technicians and cyclists are welcome.

A Wallbox for charging electric cars (for a fee) is available.



Vacation Apartment:

The 2-room, non-smoking apartment for 2 people (living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom) is located on the 1st floor (approx. 47 sqm, sloped ceilings). The door to the vacation rental is on the first floor/entryway. A staircase leads to the upper hallway (cork flooring); there is no door separating the hallway from the staircase. All rooms, as well as the rooftop terrace, are accessible from the hallway. The apartment is equipped with a TV, radio, CD and DVD players, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Upon request, we offer: grocery shopping service before arrival, beverage service, and housekeeping during your stay. Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to rent a canoe for paddling on the Au. Information about the region and various events can be found in a folder available in the apartment.
Living room: featuring laminate flooring; there is a sleeper sofa here that can serve as an additional sleeping area.
The bedroom has laminate flooring and is furnished with two single beds—separated at the foot by a wall divider, which can be arranged separately or pushed together. Of course, made-up beds and towels are provided for you. Additional blankets and pillows are available upon request.
The built-in kitchen: stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, and blender; Living/dining area
Bathroom: exterior window, shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror, washing machine.
The rooftop terrace: facing east, 15 square meters, with wooden flooring, a table, chairs, a folding lounge chair, and a sunshade, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery. Smoking is permitted here.
A storage room for sports equipment, etc., is available.







Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
