Our 3-room vacation apartment measures 74 square meters, accommodates up to 4 people, and is located on the first floor of Villa Vogelsang.

The tastefully furnished vacation apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a sunroom opening onto a terrace.

The furnished sunroom and terrace are accessible from the living area.

In the spacious, cozy living area with a TV, you can relax after a wonderful day on vacation. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated into this space. The kitchenette features a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and much more.

The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), while the smaller bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200). The vacation rental also includes a portable crib, a high chair, and a shower stool.

A parking space directly at the property and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

Bicycle storage is available inside the house.

Villa Vogelsang, newly built in 2003, is centrally located not far from Lake Schmachter.

It’s about 700 m from the ICE train station in Binz to the villa.

Within walking distance of the villa, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, bars, ATMs, and the fine-sand beach of Binz.
