A car is recommended for getting around the area, as The Galena Territory is spread out and there is no convenient public transportation to downtown Galena. Guests can enjoy scenic walking paths within the Territory, but driving is the easiest way to reach shops, restaurants, attractions, the Owners’ Club, and nearby golf courses.

Applicable taxes will be added at checkout, including Illinois state lodging taxes and the 5% Jo Daviess County hotel/motel tax for stays of 30 days or less.

Pre-Arrival Requirements: Before check-in, guests complete a brief pre-arrival registration through our secure guest portal, including a signed rental agreement and a fully refundable $250 damage deposit. The deposit is refunded after checkout provided there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.
