Location
Our new vacation home (built 2023) is located in the old town in Tönning, about 200 m from the harbor and about 10 km from the North Sea. The seawater swimming pool and the (green) beach are only about 1500 m away.
St.-Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car (22 km).
Shopping facilities and great restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Equipment
The approx. 130 sqm vacation home inspires with its bright and modern charm.
The open, very well equipped kitchen offers you an induction stove with extractor hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a Nespresso capsule machine, kettle and a toaster.

The bright dining area invites you to spend pleasant hours in convivial company overlooking the beautifully landscaped, fenced garden.
The guest toilet and the utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

Via a closed wooden staircase you reach the 1st floor with three bedrooms: The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200), a smaller bedroom with a bed (140 x 200) and the children's room with a loft bed. All windows in the bedrooms can be darkened with pleated blinds.
A highlight is the spacious bathroom with ground-level shower, bathtub, toilet and large sauna.

Another staircase leads to the spacious, bright living area with TV, a cozy sofa corner and a balcony. The master bedroom has another double bed (180 x 200), a balcony and a shower bath.

Garden furniture is available on the sheltered terrace. The fenced garden invites you to linger and barbecue.

The special features
The floor heating throughout the house gives you a cozy feeling of space. Your four-legged friends are very welcome in this house. We are happy to provide you with WLAN. Depending on the time of day, you can use and enjoy three balconies with seating in addition to the terrace.
Your car and bicycles can be safely stored in the garage.

An initial supply of bed linen and towels is compulsorily added to this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be added in the optional services.
