This charming Tuscan stone villa is located on the breathtaking Pisan hills at just 5 km from the medieval village of Chianni. Surrounded by luxuriant green countryside and olive groves, the villa has a fenced garden with a swimming pool (12x5 m, depth 1m60, open March-November) and a furnished pergola with a barbecue for al-fresco dining.

Originally a farmhouse, the villa is situated in a quiet location which enjoys breathtaking views over the hills extending in the distance towards Volterra. Lovingly restored, today many details within the house retain the magic of its past such as the long, cypress wood table made from a tree on the property, or the original ceramic tile stove in the kitchen.

The villa covers 210 sq m, is built on various levels and accommodates up to 9 guests. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, SAT-TV and original barrel vaults, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with the aforementioned tiled wood stove and the large dining table, access outdoors to the furnished pergola perfect and a wood-fired oven where to cook your pizzas, and a large bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms (one also turns into a twin) with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Possibility of adding a single bed to one of the rooms. 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (4 steps lead down to them) and 2 share a bathroom. All bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.
