The house is situated in the midst of an old, beautifully overgrown garden. It features large trees and an orchard, as well as various seating areas and quiet spots. From the garden, you have a lovely view of the Schlei and the Kappeln fishing harbor. The property includes a parking space for one car and a covered parking area for two bicycles. An e-bike charging station is available.

The vacation rental, furnished in a modern Nordic style with great attention to detail, features two bedrooms, each with two made-up beds (one double bed and two single beds that can be pushed together). In addition to a washing machine, the shower room offers modern amenities such as hand towels, bath towels, a spacious rain shower, and heated floors. The large living area is divided into several sections. There is a cozy living area with a large TV and a modern stereo system, as well as an open kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, a fully automatic coffee machine, and tasteful white tableware. There is also a fireplace and a rustic dining area with a large bench by the window next to an old baking table. Firewood is provided for your use. On sunny days, you can enjoy breakfast on the sheltered wooden deck, and on cooler evenings, a beautiful round table in the large sunroom—directly beneath the massive Japanese cherry tree—invites you to chat or dine together. In the garden, you’ll find a fire pit and a gas grill.

Prices include bed linens and towels. Dogs are welcome at no additional cost. Final cleaning is included. An additional sleeping arrangement for a fifth person is available.
