Cozy, comfortable vacation home for 2–3 people with a terrace and balcony. It is located at the rear of the owners’ property in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The garden surrounding both houses is beautifully maintained and invites you to relax and unwind. On the first floor, you can use the terrace with privacy screening, and on the upper floor, a balcony. There is plenty of patio furniture, two umbrellas, and a grill available for your use.

The first floor features a generously appointed kitchen as well as a bright living room with a seating area, dining area, and adjoining terrace. The bedroom, featuring exposed wooden beams, is located on the upper floor and offers a double bed plus an additional single bed. A small sitting area is also available. The balcony is accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, is also located on the upper floor.
