On the first floor, you’ll find the bright, open-concept living and dining room with a corner sofa, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining area. The open kitchen, equipped with a microwave, ceramic (induction) cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You can comfortably enjoy a light breakfast at the breakfast bar. From the living area, you can step out onto the wonderful south/west-facing terrace, which invites you to fully enjoy the pleasant Sylt sunshine. In the basement, you’ll find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV, as well as the bathroom with a rain shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. As a special service, a washer-dryer is available for your use. A private parking space is available on the property.
