Pool, Hot tub and Gameroom!

Important things to know:

-Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including visitors.

-The pool is not heated, and water temperature depends on the weather. It is open from Memorial Day (May 31) through Labor Day weekend (September 8th), weather permitting.

-1 Propane tank is provided for both the grill and the fire pit, so you can enjoy them during your stay.

-Quiet residential neighborhood. We want all of our guests to have a great time, and because the home is located in a neighborhood, being respectful of our neighbors is extremely important. Parties, events, loud groups, and excessive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours must be observed, and violations may result in your reservation being terminated without a refund.

We welcome pets! There is no pet fee, and up to 2 pets are allowed. We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. We provide 2 large dog beds for use during your stay.

-Rental agreement. Before check-in, all guests are required to sign our rental agreement, house rules acknowledgment, and liability waiver.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, pool, hot tub, and game room.

We provide bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, and other basic toiletries. We also provide coffee, with both K-Cups and ground coffee available.

Please keep the backyard fence gate closed at all times for safety.

The basement is not a guest space. The washer and dryer are located there, and guests may access the basement only for laundry. Children should not enter the basement.

Maximum occupancy is 9 people at all times, including visitors. If more than 9 people are present at the property at any time, the reservation may be canceled without refund.

For everyone`s safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the backyard, especially around the pool and hot tub.
