The vacation rental, with 50 square meters of living space, can accommodate 1–3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The cozy living/dining room features a charming historic atmosphere, enhanced by exposed wooden beams, an anvil, and blacksmithing tools. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The living area features a pull-out sofa bed that is 1.40m wide. A flat-screen TV is provided. The vacation rental has one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, completes the picture. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed, as three cats live in the house. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged individually if needed. Keys will be handed over in person or by arrangement. Pets are not allowed. A crib/extra bed and a high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge). Included in the base price: towels, dish towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, and dryer. A deposit of 80% of the total price must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
