The apartment building, with its 18 vacation apartments, is located at the entrance to Baabe, yet in a quiet and central location. The bus stop, train station, and supermarket are approximately 100 meters away. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 5-minute walk away. A bike rental shop is located near the vacation apartment. The non-smoking vacation apartment “Helene” (for 2 to 3 people) is on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Separate east- and south-facing balconies invite you to relax when the sun is shining or let you wind down the day with a barbecue (electric grill). A lockable bike storage room and a private underground parking space are included with the apartment.

Your non-smoking vacation apartment has been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. You’ll be staying in an approximately 47 m² two-room apartment plus 27 m² for both balconies, which is ideally suited for two people or a third person on the sleeper sofa. The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Inside the apartment, you’ll find a combined living, kitchen, and dining area. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, and other practical appliances—leaving nothing to be desired in the kitchen. The living area also features a dining table and a cozy couch (sleeps a third person; 1.20 m x 1.90 m). The living area is rounded out with a smart TV, DAB radio, DVD player, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi access is included. The east-facing balcony is accessible from the living/dining area, and the south-facing balcony is accessible from the living area and the bedroom. To protect you from mosquitoes, the balcony doors leading to the east-facing balcony and the south-facing balcony from the bedroom are equipped with insect screens. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a wardrobe. Insect screens ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and toilet. An ironing board, an iron, and cleaning supplies are also available for your use. A private parking space (No. 10, entry height 1.90 m) is located in the building’s underground garage. You can store your bicycles in a private, lockable basement. Two bicycles are available for your use, but they are not included in the booking, as their availability cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book two or more packages, you’ll receive one dish towel and one shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
