Welcome to Apartment 52 in Building 1 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten."

In this bright apartment for 2 people, located on the 6th floor with a view of Großenbrode’s South Beach, you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay on the Baltic Sea.
From the south-west-facing furnished balcony, with a magnificent view of the entire Südstrand, the promenade, and the sea, you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening. A large awning protects you from too much sun.

The sleeping area, separated by a sliding door, features two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep, as well as plenty of space in the large closet for your vacation wardrobe. In the living area with an open kitchenette, you’ll find a corner couch, a comfortable TV armchair, and a beautiful sideboard. The rustic dining table with a bench and chairs invites you to linger. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a compact stereo system are available.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking.

The modern bathroom features a large shower with glass walls and a low threshold.

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment!
Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
