The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the spacious rooftop terrace. It is accessible from the hallway and is furnished with lounge furniture. <br><br>One of the bedrooms features a double bed (180x200 cm) with two adjustable slatted frames and a TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), which also have adjustable slatted frames. <br><br>Both bedrooms open onto a natural-light shower room. Each apartment has a parking space available at the building. In addition to the private balconies in some units, you’re welcome to use the communal terrace <br>and the communal balcony on the 1st floor. Bicycles can be stored in a carport next to the building.
