Nestled among meadows and fields, this apartment for 2–3 people is located on an idyllic three-sided farmstead with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living-dining area with a large corner sofa bed (180x200) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area, which features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe, a sideboard, and a flat-screen TV.
Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

From the northwest-facing terrace, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine or grill up something delicious.
Thanks to the fencing, your four-legged friend can move freely inside the apartment.
Your car is safely parked in the locked courtyard, right in front of your apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

At the nearby, unspoiled dog-friendly beach, your four-legged friend can run freely all year round. You can sunbathe, wade in the waves, and simply unwind on long walks along the beach...
Breathe in the wonderfully fresh sea air all day long and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean at night with your window open...
That’s pure relaxation in pure nature!

Exploring the surrounding area by bike is also very popular with many guests.
If you’re looking for a little more hustle and bustle… the tourist towns of Kühlungsborn and Rerik are right nearby.
