The thatched-roof house in Wasserkoog is idyllically situated on a tidal channel in the village of Wasserkoog in the north of the Eiderstedt Peninsula and, in addition to the main residence, features an apartment for 2 people. The apartment is an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and quiet. Wasserkoog is surrounded by meadows and pastures, close to the North Sea dike and the Everschopsiel swimming area.
After a leisurely drive through the countryside of the Eiderstedt Peninsula, you'll quickly reach St. Peter-Ording, Tönning, and Westerhever. The Dutch-style town of Friedrichstadt and the well-known small town of Husum are also just a short drive away.
The village of Tetenbüll, with its approximately 360 residents, is located in the heart of the Eiderstedt Peninsula. From here, every part of the peninsula is easily accessible.
Thanks to the well-developed bike paths, you can leave your car behind for a change and explore everything on a bike tour.
Tetenbüll has a small harbor with fishing boats and pleasure craft (Tetenbüllspieker) and a small swimming beach (Evershopsiel).
