The beautiful pool area is surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The resort features several restaurants, a supermarket, a great playground, and generally offers a wonderful vacation atmosphere. Near the resort, you’ll find a golf course, tennis courts, a beautiful sandy beach, and a small church. The beautiful historic center of Caorle is just a few minutes’ drive from Villaggio a Mare.<br>The charming four-bedroom townhouse “Quadri Ville,” accommodating up to 8 people, is spread over two levels: the first floor and the lower level. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed—one on the first floor and one on the lower level—as well as a children’s room with two single beds on the lower level. The living area also features a double sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen is also located in the living area and includes dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The two bathrooms—one on the first floor and one on the lower level—are each equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. The covered terrace and the garden, complete with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs, invite you to relax in comfort while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecues are permitted. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.<br>CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>The long, wide sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and features both a section with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a large open sandy area. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly well-suited for families with small children. Guests have access to a variety of water sports. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack at one of the two beach bars, which are open from morning until evening and offer an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats. Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.<br>POOL<br>Vacationers have access to a beautiful pool area with a great pool. There’s a lovely children’s pool with water play features, an area for experienced swimmers, and hydromassage benches. The large sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas is surrounded by palm trees, ensuring you can relax and enjoy sunny days.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>The resort hosts a fantastic market one evening a week, where both adults and children can have fun! If you happen to encounter a day of bad weather, you can visit the municipal indoor pool for free and won’t have to miss out on the fun of swimming. Across from the resort, you’ll find various sports facilities, such as soccer fields, beach volleyball courts, and a gym—all available to you free of charge.
