In the approximately 27 m² living room—which features a dining area and is designed for maximum comfort—you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea while sitting in front of the ethanol fireplace with its cozy, flickering fire. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area are designed to open 180 degrees. This allows you to enjoy the sun and the view—protected from wind and weather, as if sitting in a sunroom—and in winter, the view of the Baltic Sea as well.

The luxuriously furnished apartment, featuring hardwood parquet flooring and a ceiling height of 2.90 m, offers a cozy couch with a large LCD TV in the living area, as well as free Wi-Fi access. A kitchenette harmoniously integrated into the living area is generously equipped with brand-name appliances and is sure to delight any home cook.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures pleasant temperatures in every season.

The two cozy bedrooms, each with a small balcony, feature a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for your wardrobe.
