This luxurious and comfortably furnished two-room apartment measures approximately 60 m², is located on the second floor of the building, and is easily accessible by elevator.


One of the highlights of this apartment is the 11-meter-long furnished balcony with a side view of the sea. It is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom and is additionally equipped with two lounge chairs. From early afternoon into the evening, you can enjoy the sunshine here—and, of course, the sound of the sea.


The romantic decor of this apartment creates a particularly cozy and inviting atmosphere. The very spacious living area features a Loewe TV with a soundbar [&] internet radio and a DVD player. A cozy couch and two comfortable armchairs invite you to unwind and relax. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.


The fully equipped kitchenette has been harmoniously integrated into the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, as well as a kettle, toaster, microwave, and various small kitchen items. The large dining table offers plenty of space.


In the very spacious bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) promises sweet dreams. Here you’ll also find a wardrobe with plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe, along with a small safe and another Loewe TV.

This apartment can be booked for 1–2 people. With prior notice and for a fee, your well-behaved dog is also welcome to join you on your trip. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
