It grabs your attention with its beautiful and upscale furnishings, wellness area with sauna and most importantly the breathtaking views from the house and pool area. The location only adds to the value of the villa as it is close to the sea and the beautiful town of Opatija, known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 + 1 persons in 5 comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms. On the first floor you will find the modern kitchen, the open plan living area, the wellness area and a guest toilet. On the second floor are 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is located in the basement. The outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy the local climate. It features an inviting infinity pool and a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
Pamper yourself with the luxury you deserve! The best description for Icici and the whole Kvarner Bay is probably - breathtaking. Only 2 km from Opatija, the pearl of the Adriatic, and 18 km from Rijeka, after visiting this region, it will be hard to go home again. Within a radius of 5 km you will find many different beaches where you can enjoy the warm Croatian sun. Nearby is the harbor where you can rent a boat to visit the islands in the region. Lungomare is also a wonderful way to get to know the region. The 12 km long Lungomare coastal promenade is particularly popular with guests in Opatija. The promenade is 100 years old, romantic and relaxing, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city. Along the promenade there are numerous monuments in honor of notable personalities who have visited Opatija: the writer Henryk Sienkiewicz, the doctor Theodor Billroth, the general Jozef Pilsudski, etc. Volosko is also a must-see - once a fishing village, today a charming seaside town known for its numerous restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea.
