Welcome to the “Seebrücke” apartment complex, centrally located in Scharbeutz.

The vacation apartment is in an absolutely prime location right on Strandallee in Scharbeutz, where the promenade and the beach are right outside the door.

The three-room apartment, spread over two levels, is located on the third floor and is easily accessible by elevator. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and offer a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is modernly furnished and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and Senseo coffee maker. From there, you’ll enter the living area, which features a dining area for 6 people, a sofa set, and a TV. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the pier.

A staircase leads to the upper level, where the two bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a closet. From here, you can also access the second balcony facing southwest. It’s a wonderful place to wind down at the end of the day with a glass of red wine and a good book. The second bedroom is child-friendly and furnished with two single beds. From here, you can also enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. All balconies are equipped with seating and cushions. This apartment also caters to the very little ones. Special amenities include a high chair, a changing pad in the upper hallway, and a safety gate at the staircase. Additionally, the upper level is carpeted.

A separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer rounds out the apartment.

The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably from the first floor to the 3rd floor. A bike storage room is available for bicycles, and a free underground parking space is provided for your car during your stay. A coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the communal basement.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

This family-friendly vacation home is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the beautiful, newly redesigned beach promenade. Only the pedestrian zone, with its cozy restaurants, cafes, and—not to mention—charming boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent sandy beach. All 2- and 3-bedroom apartments feature balconies with partial lake views and are individually furnished. The building features a washing machine and dryer, as well as an underground parking garage and a bike storage room. An elevator is available.
