With it, you’ll enjoy numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.<br><br><br><br>Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for a fee.<br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 guests.<br><br>A parking space and a lockable bike shed are available free of charge.<br><br>Construction work may be taking place in the newly built Seepark during your stay.<br><br>Please understand that complaints made after your stay will not be accepted.<br><br><br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find a spa-style bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and an in-home sauna that invites you to relax.<br><br><br><br>The entryway leads to the fully equipped kitchen-living room with an adjoining dining area. Here you have the opportunity to whip up a meal just the way you like it.<br><br><br><br>The living area, with a sofa and two cozy armchairs, offers the perfect setting to linger in front of the crackling fireplace on chilly evenings.<br><br><br><br>Step out onto the terrace and enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake as well as the surrounding flora and fauna. In the summer, this is the perfect spot to end the day in an idyllic setting.<br><br><br><br>A staircase leads you to the upper floor and the gallery, which, thanks to its panoramic windows, also offers a magnificent view of the lake.<br><br><br><br>The upper floor also features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed.<br><br><br><br>The house is located close to downtown in a quiet waterfront setting near Lake Vechtesee.<br><br><br><br>There is direct access to the network of bike paths in Nordhorn, a city renowned for its cycling infrastructure. Nearby attractions include the Nordhorn Zoo, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a skate park, shopping options, and a movie theater.<br><br><br><br>The border with the Netherlands is just a short bike ride away. At nearby Lake Vechtesee, there is a pedal boat rental with direct access to the city center’s canals and to the Seepark.<br><br><br><br>The pricing takes into account any potential disruptions caused by construction activity.
