In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 36-square-meter, two-room “Seeterrasse” vacation apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area, featuring a double sofa bed and an open kitchen, offers all the amenities you need, including cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The high-quality bathroom features a toilet and shower. The apartment features historic wooden flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. Enjoy a nice glass of wine on the rooftop terrace.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).

The Seeterrasse and Seemann apartments are located right next to each other. Ideal for two couples who are friends and want a little more space, or for two families who are friends, or for an extended family.

You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
