With unobstructed panoramic views, this cozy vacation rental invites you to relax. Spacious, tastefully furnished rooms and a cozy bedroom with an additional sleeping loft, along with the “Zwergenstüble” offering further sleeping accommodations, make it particularly suitable for up to 3 adults or families with up to 2 children (bed linens included). The bathroom is en suite and equipped with towels and bathroom amenities. The large open-concept living-dining area, featuring a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi, opens onto a very large balcony with a seating area sheltered from wind and weather and leads into the fully equipped country-style kitchen. Whether it’s a coffee maker, tea kettle, raclette set, or fondue set, everything is provided. The kitchen, in turn, opens onto a secluded terrace with a barbecue fireplace. You can walk from your private parking space in the underground garage to the apartment without getting your feet wet. A room with a ping-pong table is available in the basement, as is a sauna (for a fee) for individual use. Since a washing machine is not available, Julie, our gem, is happy to offer a laundry service for a fee. In the winter, we usually use the apartment ourselves. However, upon direct inquiry, it can be rented during certain time slots.
The apartment is located in a sunny spot on the outskirts of town between Ruschein and Ladir and serves as a starting point for many hikes in the beautiful Surselva region. The bus stop with a direct connection to the Ilanz train station is just a 5-minute walk away. Wonderful destinations such as Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta, Lake Davos Munt, the recreational activities in Flims-Laax (including the treetop trail, climbing gym, etc.), Rufeli Park with its playground for children, the Rhine Gorge, and the source of the Rhine are all easily accessible. In winter, the ski bus runs to Laax, and Ladir offers its own high-altitude cross-country ski trail.
