The modernly furnished attic apartment on the first floor of the townhouse features a furnished balcony, a cozy corner sofa, and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people is adjacent to the living area. The bedroom with a double bed has space for a baby who still sleeps in a crib.

We recommend this vacation rental for 2 adults and 1 toddler up to 2 years old. An extra bed for up to 2 additional guests is available in the living area on the sleeper sofa (130 x 200) for an additional fee.

The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly emphasize that, for the sake of our neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration.

This semi-detached house, featuring two modern two-room apartments, is located on a small, quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen. The vacation apartments offer ample space for a total of 8 people plus 2 babies, so you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation together with a larger family and/or families of friends.

Each apartment is 50 m² and equipped for 4 people and one baby. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. On the first floor, there is a terrace with privacy screening. On the upper floor, a balcony is available for your use. Here, you can enjoy the start of an eventful day or wind down at the end of the day while having a relaxing breakfast on the provided patio furniture.

Barbecuing is permitted in the garden as long as you are considerate of the neighbors (a grill is not provided), so that cozy barbecue evenings in good company can be the perfect way to end each day of your vacation.

Each apartment comes with a free parking space.

The harbor in Karlshagen is just a few minutes away. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. There is a daycare center next to the vacation home.

This contract constitutes an agency service on behalf of the owner.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
