This comfortable vacation home with a large garden is located right on the ocean and offers direct access to the beautiful Grande Côte cliffside promenade with its kilometer-long hiking and biking trail. Directly across from the house is a small beach cove; larger sandy beaches are just a few minutes away on foot or by bike.
The newly renovated house comfortably accommodates 8 people in a modern Breton style and offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean from every room. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with generous lawns and beautiful trees. The south-facing terrace with ocean views is perfect for relaxing. A cozy sunroom is available for cooler hours.
On the first floor is a fully equipped open kitchen connected to the living and dining area, from which you can access the terrace. The large Breton oak table invites you to enjoy meals à la française! The cozy living area is furnished with a large sofa and armchairs and features a closed fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom/TV room with a separate bathroom, the sunroom, and the entryway with a guest restroom. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the former garage, which serves as a multipurpose/playroom and also houses the washer and dryer.
On the upper floor, a hallway leads to a comfortable master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower and toilet; a room with a pull-out double bed, a toddler bed, and a single sleeper chair; and a room with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet. Each bedroom features a desk and a view of the sea.
High-speed internet (fiber-optic) lets you work from home while your loved ones relax on the beach right across from the house!
The picturesque harbor of Le Pouliguen is just a few minutes from the house and has become a tourist magnet in the Bay of La Baule, a quintessential Parisian seaside resort; however, the town has retained its
Breton charm and is very family-friendly. The harbor promenade, with its restaurants, ice cream parlors, and small shops, invites you to linger. The “Chemin des douaniers” hiking trail along the rugged cliffs, the well-maintained bike paths, the many excursion options—such as trips to Le Croisic, the salt flats of medieval Guérande, and the “La Brière” nature reserve—as well as the countless sports and cultural activities make the area appealing to people of all ages.
A direct TGV connection to Paris is also a plus.
