The bedroom features brand-new bedding, a 180x200 cm bed (twin beds available on request), a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a spacious walk-in shower with white tadelakt, and separate toilet. Washed linen sheets and quality towels are provided.



Spacious living/dining room with armchairs, desk, dining table, library, bar with stools, and smart TV.

Four 90x190 cm wooden beds can be bunked or arranged as you wish—either one 180x190 cm bed or four singles. We’ll prepare the beds according to your needs.



For groups of three or more, you’ll have access to a second bathroom and separate toilet. Another wardrobe is available.



Fully equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery—everything you need to prepare meals.



The Ortigia gardens are dedicated to enjoying nature, sharing, and comfort. Relax and unwind. Take care of yourselves and enjoy on-site services. The ideal spot for well-being and rejuvenation.



A natural ecological pond and relaxation area: mattresses, garden furniture, hammocks, outdoor shower, and washbasin. Breathtaking panoramic views. Woodland and forest. Donkeys, horses, chickens, and cats in the hamlet.



Outdoor fitness area. The gardens have been fully renovated with eco-friendly materials. Spring water supplies the farmhouse. A wellness studio is nearby, offering well-being services available for an extra fee.



Outside, you’ll find a table for meals, hammocks, armchairs, and loungers. The natural, eco-friendly pool is perfect for summer swims.
